人體血液循環(huán)模擬系統(tǒng),VenaFlux 微流體細胞研究系統(tǒng) Automated microfluidic platform是提供在活細胞水平上微流體活性篩選的完整解決方案。操作簡單,分析效率高,可大大提高藥品的開發(fā)和篩選效率。
VenaFlux 系統(tǒng)是**個能進行連續(xù)流體細胞分析的半自動化微流體分析系統(tǒng)。配合使用Cellix生物芯片和細胞分析軟件,VenaFlux 系統(tǒng)可檢測粘附到微毛細管上的細胞,微毛細管中覆蓋抗體或者培養(yǎng)有內(nèi)皮細胞,模擬生理流動產(chǎn)生一定的剪切力。
VenaFlux 系統(tǒng)操作簡單,可減少耗時耗錢的動物模型實驗,獲得特異性強,準確性高,重復性好的結(jié)果。
VenaFlux流體細胞分析儀產(chǎn)品特點:
廣泛使用于各種細胞懸浮液;
生物芯片可選擇用光學顯微鏡做細節(jié)研究;
