Atmos氣體池系列有四個(gè)尺寸：
Atmos氣體池2.5米、5米、10米、20米。Tornado™ 系列氣體池使用特殊的底板配置系統(tǒng)，可將能量和光束耦合達(dá)到**方式。選用主體材料為金屬材質(zhì)腔體，內(nèi)壁鍍層，可針對多種氣體和蒸汽提供優(yōu)越的耐腐蝕性。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置有V型密封圈以及可選K型全氟橡膠密封確保在長時(shí)間化學(xué)腐蝕以及氣體的冷凝后的強(qiáng)腐蝕性條件下依舊保持良好的密封。
金鏡材質(zhì)拋棄了原有的鋁材質(zhì)，選用更加不易變形的不銹鋼材質(zhì)，在針對化學(xué)腐蝕、穩(wěn)定性、以及冷熱影響方面、更加穩(wěn)定、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果更加真實(shí)可靠。
Atmos氣體池的反射次數(shù)比原有的型號減小，使得光通量更高。2.5米池的光通量可達(dá)到40%。
無鏡架設(shè)計(jì)使得，內(nèi)部不在會(huì)有更多被腐蝕的因素存在。
可選擇ZnSe或CaF2窗片材料，透射光學(xué)腔體安裝有清潔端口允許在惰性氣體條件下使用。
