工作原理
主電機(jī)通過減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)磨盤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),物料經(jīng)螺旋輸送機(jī)進(jìn)入立磨主機(jī)內(nèi),受重力作用落到磨盤中央,同時(shí)風(fēng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生的氣流從進(jìn)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入主機(jī)。在離心力的作用下,物料從磨盤中央向邊緣均勻移動(dòng),經(jīng)過磨盤上的輥道時(shí),受磨輥碾壓,大塊物料直接被壓碎,細(xì)物料受擠壓后形成料層,進(jìn)行粒間粉碎。粉碎后的物料繼續(xù)向磨盤邊緣移動(dòng),直到被磨盤外圍的風(fēng)口環(huán)引導(dǎo)的強(qiáng)氣流向上帶走,較粗的物料由于自身重力原因重新落回至磨盤內(nèi),進(jìn)行再次碾磨;較細(xì)物料則隨氣流上升進(jìn)入主機(jī)上方的分級(jí)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí),在分級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子葉片的作用下,較粗的物料不能被通過,而被葉片重新打落活磨盤內(nèi)再次碾磨,合格的細(xì)粉將隨氣流帶出分級(jí)系統(tǒng),通過外部管路進(jìn)入除塵系統(tǒng),然后經(jīng)除塵器將氣流與物料分離、收集后,即為成品。另外,物料中的雜物及大顆粒物料會(huì)在研磨時(shí),被刮料板刮入排渣口,排出磨體,從而有效的保證了成品的質(zhì)量。此外還可通過調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力,來調(diào)節(jié)磨輥的壓力,在一定范圍內(nèi)可適應(yīng)不同硬度的物料需求;通過調(diào)節(jié)多轉(zhuǎn)子分級(jí)系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,來調(diào)節(jié)分級(jí)篩選細(xì)度,從而獲得多種不同規(guī)格的合格成品。
