RFEF系列二次分級機(jī),是營口瑞豐粉體設(shè)備有限公司采用成熟的分級技術(shù),結(jié)合本公司生產(chǎn)配套的RFLM系列細(xì)粉立磨分級技術(shù),解決目前普通分級機(jī)分級效果差、產(chǎn)量低等問題。本系列二次分級,可分選1.5~30μm,2μm含量可達(dá)90%。

工作原理
進(jìn)料螺旋輸送機(jī)將儲存于原料倉的粉體物料,用電腦控制以固定的流量進(jìn)入進(jìn)料管,而在進(jìn)入分級機(jī)前,粉體物料會與風(fēng)機(jī)的主氣流充分混合,充滿物料的主氣流先進(jìn)入分級機(jī)下部的蝸殼,運(yùn)用蝸殼結(jié)構(gòu)將進(jìn)入蝸殼的氣流改變運(yùn)動方向,形成漩渦,在漩渦力的作用下,使進(jìn)入下殼體的主氣流變成螺旋上升氣流,在離心力的作用下對粉體物料進(jìn)行預(yù)分級,較粗顆粒粉體會先行分出,沒有進(jìn)入下殼體而從分級機(jī)底部落下的粗顆粒粉體,即為分級后的下品。
次氣流則由下殼體的下方吸入,并且粗粉中再選出剩余的細(xì)粉。其余的含更細(xì)粉體的氣流則被帶入后分級區(qū),分級出口裝有3個(gè)或者多個(gè)分級輪的自動分級機(jī)進(jìn)行選粉工作。粉體在此分級區(qū)中,收到離心力、流體阻力、以及自身的重力作用下,大于分級輪收束點(diǎn)的粉體則會被送回下殼體,小于收束點(diǎn)的粉體則隨著氣流帶出分級機(jī),風(fēng)機(jī)將氣體中的細(xì)粉自分級機(jī)帶出,經(jīng)脈沖式除塵器收集為成品,部分氣體會從設(shè)備的排風(fēng)管中排出進(jìn)入大氣,其余空氣則被循環(huán)使用作為主氣流,以維持整個(gè)分級系統(tǒng)可以正常運(yùn)行。由脈沖式除塵器收集的細(xì)粉,及下殼體中的粗粉,會通過氣力輸送系統(tǒng),根據(jù)其產(chǎn)品細(xì)度而運(yùn)送到指定的不同的成品倉中,成品倉下方放置包裝機(jī)進(jìn)行包裝。

The other airflow with finer powder was brought into the rear classification area, and the automatic classifier with three or more classifying wheels was installed at the outlet for powder sorting. In this classification region, when the centrifugal force, fluid resistance, and its own gravity are received, the powder larger than the bunching point of the classifier wheel will be sent back to the lower shell, and the powder smaller than the beam point will be brought out of the classifier with the flow of air. The fan takes the fine powder in the gas out of the classifier, and the meridian pulse scrubber is collected as the finished product. Some of the gas will be discharged into the atmosphere from the exhaust pipe of the equipment, and the rest of the air will be recycled as the main airflow. To maintain the entire grading system to work properly. The fine powder collected by the pulse dust collector and the coarse powder in the lower shell are transported to different finished product warehouses according to the fineness of the product through the pneumatic conveying system, and the packaging machine is placed under the finished product bin.

4. 可設(shè)立獨(dú)立的分級系統(tǒng),單獨(dú)使用。適合直連各類磨粉設(shè)備(如超細(xì)立磨機(jī)、球磨機(jī)、振動磨、氣流磨、沖擊磨、攪拌磨等),聯(lián)合組成閉路連續(xù)超細(xì)粉體生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。
5. 全套分級系統(tǒng),均采用PLC觸屏智能化控制,可實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)顯示,參數(shù)、指標(biāo)、溫度、產(chǎn)量、細(xì)度等,并可做到可調(diào)可控。由于我公司技術(shù)成熟,可實(shí)現(xiàn)與RFLM系列超細(xì)立磨機(jī)**銜接,也可獨(dú)立成為一套中控系統(tǒng)。
