摘要: 對涂布級高嶺土進行顆粒分級,結(jié)果表明粒度分布是影響高嶺土漿料黏度的一個重要因素,高嶺土顆粒中超細顆粒(0-0.5μm)和較大顆粒(+2.0μm)的大量存在,會造成高嶺土漿料黏度的升高,且不利于漿料懸浮液的穩(wěn)定性。并確定了兩個能有效降低漿料黏度的粒度組成。 The result of tests of classification of coating kaolin proved that granularity distribution is an important factor for the viscosity of kaolin.A great deal of fine particles and bigger particles increase the viscosity of the kao- lin suspensions and make against the stability of the suspensions,and two different granularion distribution which can reduce the viscosity of kaolin suspensions effectively are determined.
