摘要: 采用有效容積依次遞增的預(yù)塔、中塔、后塔三個(gè)碳化塔串聯(lián),塔內(nèi)氣液連續(xù)逆流操作、塔間氣液連續(xù)并流或錯(cuò)流操作,嚴(yán)格控制氫氧化鈣漿液的濃度、流量、溫度和碳化氣的濃度、流量,并通過pH計(jì)或電導(dǎo)儀進(jìn)行跟蹤檢測碳化度,可實(shí)現(xiàn)納米碳酸鈣生產(chǎn)工藝連續(xù)化、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定化、產(chǎn)量規(guī);。 The new production technology of nano-CaCO3 is introduced.There are three towers in it,and their effective cubage is increasing in turn.The gas and liquid are continuous and adverse current manipulate in the towers,at the same time they are continuous and co-current or interlace current manipulate between towers.If the calcium hydroxide serum’s concentration and fiux and temperature,and the gas’ concentration and fiux,are controlled,and the carbonating degree is tracked by pH meters and conductive apparatus...
