摘要: 從分析現(xiàn)行三種料層擠壓粉磨的工作機(jī)理入手,提出影響粉磨穩(wěn)定性的結(jié)構(gòu)因素是粉磨通道截面收縮率不同,進(jìn)一步闡述了通道截面寬度特征值數(shù)學(xué)模型,導(dǎo)出三種料層擠壓粉磨截面收縮率表達(dá)式,提出在臨界鉗入壓力角處,三種擠壓通道的截面收縮率相等的論斷。并以此為據(jù),計(jì)算立磨、筒輥磨的臨界鉗入壓力角,與現(xiàn)行粉磨的理論與實(shí)踐引證,得出結(jié)論。 Initiating with the analysis to the operation mechanism of current three kinds of material extrusion grinding, the paper suggests that the structural factor influencing the grinding stability is the contraction ratio of section of grinding channel, further narrates the mathematical model for characteristic value of width of channel section, and deduces the expression of section of contraction ratio of three kinds of material extrusion grinding, obtains the conclusion that the three kinds of contraction rati... 【基金】 國(guó)家創(chuàng)新基金 (05c26113200681
