摘要: 確定了風(fēng)化型高嶺土精確分級的最佳分散條件和高嶺土顆粒粒徑與實(shí)際沉降速度的關(guān)系。高嶺土顆粒的沉降速度:1.6μm的為0.375cm/天,2.4μm的為0.833cm/天,2.8μm的為1.225cm/天。高嶺土的精確分級,可提高刮刀級高嶺土產(chǎn)率,并能在一定程度上改善高嶺土的黏度,也為更高性能高嶺土產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)提供了依據(jù)。 The best disperse conditions and the relation of the kaolin\'s grain and the sedimentation rate for the weathering type of kaolin was confi rmed:the sedimentation rate of kaolin grain is following,0.375cm/day for 1.6μm,0.833cm/day for 2.4μm,1.225cm/day for 2.8μm.This technique can improve not only the effi ciency of scraper coating kaolin and change kaolin\'s viscidity to a certain extent,but also give a theory for development of new kaolin product.
