摘要: 用反萃界面沉淀法,以氨水為反萃劑,通過(guò)優(yōu)化煅燒溫度和反萃條件制備出超細(xì)TiO2光催化劑.結(jié)果表明,采用反萃沉淀法制備超細(xì)TiO2光催化劑,改變煅燒溫度和水油相加入的方式、降低氨水的濃度、制備溫度和陳化時(shí)間等因素均有顯著的影響.用氨水反萃制備納米TiO2其最佳煅燒溫度為350℃,氨水的濃度和陳化溫度存在最佳值.氨水濃度(體積比)為1:5,陳化溫度為17.5℃有利于生成小顆粒;陳化時(shí)間較短和將水相加入油相有利于生成小顆粒. Ultrafine TiO2 powers with high purity, small size and uniformity was prepared throu| interfacial stripping precipitation method. Ti(IV) was extracted from P204-CCl4/TiO(NO3)2 system wi P204 as an extractant and ammonia aqueous solution as a re-extractant.
