Shaoxing Jingcai Technology Co., Ltd. is the first enterprise in China capable of producing semiconductor-grade silicon carbide powder with particle sizes ranging from submicron to millimeter. We specialize in polycrystalline powders, high-purity graphite powders, high-purity graphite components, and high-purity graphite felt exclusively for third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide single crystals; ultra-high purity powders exclusively for high-precision silicon carbide ceramic components essential for semiconductor manufacturing processes; specialized thermal management materials, thermal conductive fillers, for the 5G sector.
In collaboration with top domestic universities, the company has established a research and testing center for high-purity powder materials and a production base for ultra-high purity silicon carbide powder.
