儀器簡介:
1978年,世界上**臺(tái)SAR測量儀器誕生于Motorola公司
90年代開始出現(xiàn)商用SAR測量儀
2003年3月21日IEEE 對SAR測量方法做了新規(guī)定(IEEE P1528/D1.2) 。同年,EMF Safety公司根據(jù)此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由漢城大學(xué)Gimm教授同Motorola當(dāng)年設(shè)計(jì)**臺(tái)SAR測量儀器的工程師主持,改進(jìn)推出了ESSAY-3型SAR測量系統(tǒng)。
