Principle
The safe explosion-proof dry grinding equipment is an innovative device which integrates the dry grinding and dynamic grading of the material by using the inert gas to grind the milling process. The system is mainly composed of compressors, cold dryers, gas storage tanks, nitrogen-making machines, nitrogen storage tanks, fans, grinding machines, cyclone separators, collectors, and automation control cabinets, etc.
When the system is powered on, the inert gas will replace the air in the system continuously, until the whole system reaches the safe production standard. And then, automatically start the separation system, the grinder, the feeding system. The raw material will go into the grinding chamber of the grind host evenly, and the crushed products enter into the separation. The unqualified product enters from the grinding machine entrance to grind again. On the contrary the qualified product passes through the collector to enter the finished packing room. The inert gas returns to the separation system inlet to recycle.

Operational characteristics
1.By adjusting the classifier to set the final material fineness, product particle fineness is adjustable and controllable in 1-100um.
2.The grading wheel automatically separates the material through the air flow, and has no coarse particles. The particle size distribution is accurate and adjustable.
3.All operating parameters can be adjusted controllable. Such as the quality of the final product, the speed of the system, the speed of the dynamic classifier, the air flow and system pressure.
Application Range
Application Range: This system is suitable for flammable, explosive and easily oxidized materials. And it is widely used in dry grinding and grading of pesticide, chemical, metal and nonmetal materials.
