二、結(jié)構(gòu)與原理

電動(dòng)機(jī)通過離合器帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料由上部加入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力作用下趨向鼓壁，其中液相穿過濾布和鼓壁濾孔排出，固相截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，停機(jī)后人工卸除。

材質(zhì)：與物料接觸部位的材料可分為不銹鋼、鈦材、碳鋼、襯橡膠、襯塑料、襯四氟等。

驅(qū)動(dòng)方式：普通異步電動(dòng)機(jī)、隔爆型異步電動(dòng)機(jī)或變頻防爆。電機(jī)安裝分B3、B5二種。

機(jī)座型式：普通機(jī)座、無基礎(chǔ)。

制動(dòng)：抱剎或脹剎。
