空氣通過加熱器加熱后，經送風機進入干燥塔頂部的熱風分配器，通過熱風分配器后，熱空氣均勻的進入干燥塔內，并呈螺旋狀運動。料泵同時將料液送至干燥塔頂部的離心噴霧器，料液被噴成極小的霧狀液滴。使料液和熱空氣接觸的表面積大大增加，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在極短時間內干燥為干品。干品由旋風分離器與濕空氣分離，經旋風分離器底部的集料旋蝸室由干燥的空氣送至小旋風分離器分離，并收集在收料筒，尾氣經引風機排出。

干燥機的熱風系統(tǒng)、吹掃系統(tǒng)、風送系統(tǒng)均配有初效、中效、亞高效等過濾器，凡進入干燥系統(tǒng)的風都經過濾處理。凡與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求。

Hot air system, purge system, wind delivery system are equipped with primary effect, high efficient and other filters, the air is filtered before enter into the drying Chamber. Stainless steel is applied in air contact parts in line with GMP requirements.
