摘要: 煤矸石煅燒活化是煤矸石為原料提取鋁、硅等化工原料的重要環(huán)節(jié),煤矸石破碎粒度對(duì)煅燒活化效率有重要影響。文章以山西潞安的煤矸石為原料,利用煅燒活化-酸溶法提取煤矸石中的鋁,研究了粒度對(duì)煤矸石活化效率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)確定鋁溶出的較優(yōu)工藝條件為:煅燒溫度650℃、20%鹽酸225mL/100g煤矸石、固液比1:3、酸浸時(shí)間3h,在此工藝條件下研究矸石粒度對(duì)鋁和鐵溶出的影響。結(jié)果表明:物料粒度對(duì)活化效果影響顯著,當(dāng)物料粒度為60~80目時(shí),鋁的溶出率最大達(dá)到79%;物料與空氣充分接觸有利于提高活化效果,動(dòng)態(tài)煅燒活化效率顯著高于靜態(tài)煅燒,粒度對(duì)煅燒效果產(chǎn)生的重要影響很大程度來(lái)源于空氣接觸比表面積。 Activation of coal gangue by heating is very important for extracting aluminum and silicon,and particle size of coal gangue takes vital role in activation efficiency.Coal gangue from Lu\\\'an Group,Changzhi City,Shanxi Province was taken as raw materials,calcinations activation-acid soak was used to extract aluminum oxide from coal gangue.Effects of particle size on the efficiency of extraction were studied.Results showed that the optimal technical conditions of aluminum extraction were calcining temperature 6...
