摘要: 通過(guò)對(duì)沖擊和研磨力學(xué)模型、振動(dòng)磨機(jī)兩自由度線性振動(dòng)模型、非線性碰撞振動(dòng)模型、離散磨介群動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的比較分析,離散磨介群動(dòng)力學(xué)模型可以更準(zhǔn)確地定量分析整個(gè)磨筒流場(chǎng)內(nèi)磨介各物理量的變化規(guī)律以及磨介群內(nèi)部\\\"粒子\\\"之間耦合關(guān)系.在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)離散磨介群動(dòng)力學(xué)模型所描述的磨介群運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特征,借助于電子計(jì)算機(jī)模擬了不同參數(shù)條件下離散磨介群的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,結(jié)果說(shuō)明對(duì)應(yīng)于振動(dòng)磨機(jī)不同工作參數(shù)的組合,磨介群有著不同的工作狀態(tài)和作用方式,能量分布亦有不同.這也為振動(dòng)磨機(jī)的進(jìn)一步研究和開(kāi)發(fā)提供了理論依據(jù).圖3,參7.
