摘要: 在氧化鈣消化成氫氧化鈣的過程中添加表面活性劑對其表面進行原位改性,通過測定改性后氫氧化鈣的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降體積、FTIR、SEM的變化等評價其表面改性效果。結(jié)果表明:改性后氫氧化鈣的吸油值、粘度、吸水率、沉降體積均有所下降,表面極性有所減弱,紅外分析說明KH-570偶聯(lián)劑和氫氧化鈣之間存在一定的吸附。KH-570改性Ca(OH)2比未改性Ca(OH)2分散性好,粒度較小。 Modified calcium hydroxide was synthesized by adding surface activator during slaking of calcium oxide and the oil-absorbed value,viscosity,water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide were investigated.The results showed that the oil-absorbed value,viscosity,water-absorption ratio and sedimentation volume of calcium hydroxide declined.The adsorption of KH-570 on calcium hydroxide was measured by FTIR,SEM and the dispersion of modified calcium hydroxide was better.
