摘要: 以江蘇某地的凹土為原料,用攪拌磨在干法環(huán)境下制備了粒徑小于1μm、粒度分布均勻的超細凹土粉體。通過條件實驗,系統(tǒng)地研究了粉碎時間、攪拌器轉速、球料比、球磨介質種類和尺寸以及助磨劑等因素對攪拌磨粉磨效果的影響規(guī)律,初步確立了制備超細凹土粉體的最佳工藝條件,從而為實際生產(chǎn)中確定適宜的工藝參數(shù)提供了依據(jù)。 Using the attapulgite from the certain place,Jiangsu province,ultra-fine attapulgite powder with the size below 1?m and even size distribution was prepared by stirred mill under the dry environment.The influences of the factors,such as grinding time,rotating rate of stirrer,the ratio of grinding media and material,type and size of grinding media,and grinding aids,on on the pulverizing effect of stirred mill were investigated systematically by condition experiments,and the optimum grinding conditions for pre...
