摘要： 利用Malvan Nano-ZS90激光粒度分析儀對(duì)超細(xì)白炭黑粉體進(jìn)行粒度測(cè)定研究,主要考察了分散劑的種類和質(zhì)量濃度、樣品的分散時(shí)間和質(zhì)量濃度、分散體系的穩(wěn)定時(shí)間,以及粉體材料的折射率和吸收率等因素。確定了超細(xì)白炭黑粉體粒度測(cè)試的最基本工作條件,即含固相質(zhì)量濃度在0.05~1.00 g/L的水體系,加入0.1~0.3 g/L十二烷基苯磺酸鈉、六偏磷酸鈉或羧甲基纖維素分散劑,用超聲波細(xì)胞粉碎機(jī)超聲600 s。該檢測(cè)體系具有好的重現(xiàn)性和穩(wěn)定性。 The research has been made on the determination of particle size of the superfine white carbon black by Malvan Nano-ZS90 laser grainsize analyzer.The determination factors,such as the dispersant′s species and mass concentration,sample′s dispersion time and mass concentration,the stabilization time of dispersion system and powder′s refractive index and absorptive rate etc.were reviewed.The most essential working conditions for the grainsize determination of superfine white carbon black were confirmed,i.e.add...
