摘要: 在333K、pH=3.5~4.5、頻率為40kHz的超聲波條件下通過改變電流密度和電解液濃度,得到超聲電解法制備超細鈷金屬粉體粒度的變化規(guī)律。研究了在電解過程中加入明膠和十二烷基硫酸鈉分散劑對鈷粉粒度的影響。在0.08mol/LCoCl2電解液,電流密度160mA,1vol%十二烷基硫酸鈉分散劑,電解時間1h實驗條件下得到了D50粒度為0.72μm的鈷超細粉體。 Through changing current density and the elelctrolyte density in the conditions of 333K,pH=3.5~4.5 and ultrasonic frequency 40kHz,the variety regulation of cobalt powder prepared by ultrasonic electrolysis is obtained.And the influences of glutin and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as dispersant on the cobalt powder grain are investigate.In the conditions of the 0.08mol/L CoCl2 electrolytes,electric current density of 160mA/cm2,1vol% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS),and the electrolysis time of 1h,the ultrofine co...
