摘要: 針對當(dāng)前各種噴焊、熔覆中輸料所用送粉器的現(xiàn)狀,為解決其中送粉均勻、穩(wěn)定的問題,研制了一種新型磁力送粉器。利用常用具有磁性的金屬粉末可被磁場吸附的特性,在送粉器中產(chǎn)生一分布有規(guī)律的磁場,可以將熔焊粉末穩(wěn)定均勻地吸附并送出。設(shè)計此磁力送粉器并進行了送粉試驗,對送粉器的性能進行了數(shù)據(jù)測量和鑒定,應(yīng)用磁力送粉器進行了激光熔敷試驗,獲得了較理想的效果。 According to the present status of laser cladding powder feed unit, in order to solve the problem of powder feeding uniform、stabilization, a new powder feed unit is developed. Alloy powder can be absorbed by magnetic field, by using uniform magnetic layer, the ally powder can be transported stably. Tests of alloy powder transport were done for evaluating this device, The results show that it can solve the transport problem of alloy powder.
