摘要: 利用具有活性氧化鋁(即γ-Al2O3)的鋁土礦,將水、礦粉、硫酸按一定的比例依次加入反應(yīng)釜中,由于濃硫酸遇水產(chǎn)生大量的稀釋熱,反應(yīng)釜有密封的環(huán)境條件,反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)能產(chǎn)生0.3 MPa左右的壓力,使得礦粉反應(yīng)更加完全,生成硫酸鋁,反應(yīng)后的物料,經(jīng)稀釋攪拌澄清后,清液與氨水發(fā)生一系列的復(fù)雜的化學(xué)反應(yīng),調(diào)節(jié)溶液的pH至2.5,在晶種的誘導(dǎo)下,不斷的攪拌,經(jīng)過自然結(jié)晶的過程,最終生成晶狀的硫酸鋁銨。 Using bauxite which had activated alumina(γ-Al 2O3),adding water,ore powder,sulfuric to reactor in order according to certain proportion.The pressure of inner reactor could reach about 0.3 MPa because high concentration of sulfuric produced large amount of distilled heat and the reactor was in a closure environment condition.The ore powder could react well,the aluminum sulfate was produced.The clear liquid had some serials complex chemical reaction with ammonia water after the materials were diluted to be c...
