摘要: 以偏鈦酸為原料通過常溫水解-沉淀法制備了納米TiO2粉體,用XRD、Raman和TEM等手段對(duì)粉體的晶型和形貌進(jìn)行表征。TiO2粉體在熱處理溫度400—600℃時(shí)為銳鈦礦,當(dāng)熱處理溫度達(dá)700℃時(shí),為銳鈦礦和金紅石的混合晶型,熱處理溫度達(dá)到750℃,樣品中銳鈦礦完全轉(zhuǎn)變成金紅石;用亞甲基藍(lán)為目標(biāo)降解物,研究了其對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)的降解性能,當(dāng)分散劑加入量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為13.5%,氨水溶液的pH值為4.0時(shí)得到的光催化劑粉體的晶粒尺寸均勻,粒徑為10—20 nm,其降解亞甲基藍(lán)的效率最高。 Nano-TiO2 powders were prepared with metatitanic acid as the initial materials by hydrolyzation-precipitation method in normal temperature and were characterized with XRD and TEM.The photocatalytic properties of nano-TiO2 were researched by degradating the methylene blue.The result shows that the degradation rate is the most obvious in degradating the methylene blue when using 13.5% of HPC as dispersant and adjusting the pH of the solution for 4.0.
