摘要: 利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、X射線衍射和能譜技術(shù)研究了Co粉和Ni粉固相燒結(jié)時(shí)形成的燒結(jié)體的微觀形貌和相結(jié)構(gòu);并利用原子相圖討論了Co-Ni固溶體的形成機(jī)理、計(jì)算了該固溶體的電子密度。結(jié)果表明,不同混合比例的Co粉和Ni粉壓坯在1000℃×36 h的燒結(jié)過程中,Co原子以間隙擴(kuò)散機(jī)制進(jìn)入Ni粉末顆粒,而Ni原子幾乎不能進(jìn)入Co粉末顆粒,最終全部形成Co-Ni無限間隙固溶體,同時(shí)使固溶體晶界處產(chǎn)生大量孔隙,該固溶體的電子密度為3.2709×1029個(gè)/m3。 The microstructure of sinter of Co powder and Ni powder formed during sintering was studied by OM,SEM,EDS and X-ray diffraction.The formation mechanism of Co-Ni solid solution was discussed and electron density of Co-Ni solid solution was calculated by means of Thomas-Fermi-Dirac-Cheng phase diagram(TFDC).The results show that the various mixtures of Co and Ni entirely come into being Co-Ni infinite interstitial solid solution,a great deal of holes produce at grain boundary of solid solution because only Co...
