摘要: 以BaCl2、SrCO3和Nb2O5的混合物為前驅(qū)物,KOH為礦化劑,利用水熱合成技術(shù)制備了鈮酸鍶鋇(SBN)粉體。借助XRD、SEM對SBN的晶相組成和微觀形貌進行了分析。結(jié)果表明:隨水熱溫度的提高及時間的延長,晶體發(fā)育趨于完整;礦化劑KOH濃度為0.5 mol/L時,SBN晶相含量最高;當(dāng)溫度為240℃,反應(yīng)時間為24h時,SBN為短軸約0.1μm,長軸約1.0μm的矩形柱狀晶體。 Strontium barium niobate powders were prepared with the precursors of BaCl2﹑SrCO3 and Nb2O5,as well as mineralizer of KOH.The crystal phases and micrographs of SBN powders were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results indicate that SBN crystal grow more perfectly with the increase of reaction temperature or time,and the content of SBN crystal is the most with 0.5 mol/L KOH.SBN crystal synthesized at 240 ℃ for 24 h is about 1.0 μm in length and 0.1 μm of section size.
