摘要: 簡要分析了高能球磨法制備超細(xì)石英粉體的基本原理;以正交試驗設(shè)計技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),研究了球磨法制備超細(xì)石英粉體的試驗方法;應(yīng)用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),建立了基于BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)的石英粉體粒徑預(yù)測模型。試驗結(jié)果表明:該模型具有較高的精度,較好地實現(xiàn)了球磨法制備石英粉體的粒徑預(yù)測。該項技術(shù)為進(jìn)一步研究工業(yè)化制備超細(xì)石英粉體工藝及其參數(shù)選擇提供了理論指導(dǎo)。 Preparation principle of superfine quartz powder by high energy milling and test methods based on orthogonal design were presented.A particle size model of quartz powder was established by applying artificial neural network technology.The results show that the model can predict particle size of quartz powder with high accuracy.
