摘要: 用鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑NDZ-102化學(xué)包覆納米Si3N4陶瓷粉體,通過沉降實(shí)驗(yàn)、粒度測定和表面能測試等實(shí)驗(yàn)手段研究了改性前后粉體的溶液中穩(wěn)定性、熱重、粒度分布等物性。結(jié)果表明:NDZ改性納米Si3N4粉體為化學(xué)改性,添加量為10%時,粉體在甲苯中懸浮性最好;粉體改性后粒徑降低,為納米級分布,表面能也大幅度下降。 An available surface modification process of nano-Si3N4 was given using NDZ102 as modifying agent and petroleum ether as dispersion medium.The effects of NDZ-102 weight on the stability,thermal anlysis,particle size distribution and surface energy were analyzed by the process of depositing sediment,TG,IR,and so on.The results show,the surface modification was chemical reaction;nanoSi3N4 suspension was of the greatest stability when the nano-Si3N4 powder was modified with proper amount of NDZ-102,which was l...
