摘要: 采用高能球磨法制備出了納米晶鎳粉,并利用X射線(xiàn)衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)等分析檢測(cè)手段,研究了該納米晶鎳粉末的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和相的變化。結(jié)果表明,鎳粉末平均粒度和晶粒度隨球磨時(shí)間增加不斷減小,而應(yīng)變隨球磨時(shí)間增加不斷增大;當(dāng)高能球磨54h后,球磨產(chǎn)物為FCC結(jié)構(gòu)的鱗片狀多晶體,晶粒度為17nm左右,應(yīng)變?yōu)?.48%,顆粒尺寸為150~200nm;球磨時(shí)間增加至98h,產(chǎn)物中出現(xiàn)非晶相,但仍以多晶為主,晶粒尺寸為7nm,應(yīng)變?yōu)?.24%,粉末團(tuán)聚嚴(yán)重。 The structure, morphology and phase change of nanocrystalline nickel powders prepared by high energy ball milling were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
