摘要: 對(duì)我國當(dāng)前粉體機(jī)械及裝備領(lǐng)域數(shù)字化技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹和分析.數(shù)字化技術(shù)以其高效率、低成本的優(yōu)勢(shì)已在航空航天、汽車、船舶等研究領(lǐng)域取得了累累碩果,但是將其應(yīng)用于粉體機(jī)械及裝備設(shè)計(jì)與制造,在國內(nèi)還是一種新的嘗試,如用數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品取代樣機(jī)試制、粉體機(jī)械及裝備內(nèi)部流場的數(shù)值模擬研究、高速攝像系統(tǒng)捕獲可視化粉體流場的圖像等. This paper introduces the progress in the study of digital powder mechanism and equipment in China.Great achievements are made in fields of space and aeronautics,automobile and boats because of digitalization technology with high efficiency and low cost.But its application in powder equipment design is regarded as a new trial,such as replacing traditional products using trials with digital ones,numerical simulation study of inner fluid field of powder mechanic and equipment,adopting high speed videotape sys...
