摘要: 首先用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)超細(xì)碳酸鈣粉體進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,在其表面形成接枝活性點(diǎn);再讓MMA在改性碳酸鈣粒子表面經(jīng)自由基聚合,形成超細(xì)碳酸鈣/PMMA復(fù)合粒子。把接枝改性后的碳酸鈣粒子填充于橡膠中,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,碳酸鈣粒子經(jīng)表面接枝改性后,可提高與有機(jī)基體的相容性,填充材料的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)于未改性碳酸鈣。 In this paper,the superfine calcium carbonate was disposed by γ-methacryloxy-propyltrimethoxysilane first.Then the superfine CaCO3/PMMA composite particles were prepared through free-radical polymerization in the presence of superfine CaCO3.The modified superfine calcium carbonate then was filled into nature rubber.The results showed that the surface grafting CaCO3 powder could disperse more homogeneously in rubber and possess better mechanical properties than unmodified CaCO3.
