        目前主要從事納米非晶固體材料(Nanoglass)的研究。Nanoglass是世界公認(rèn)的納米晶材料創(chuàng)始人H.Gleiter教授提出納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料的一個(gè)全新概念,其本質(zhì)是引入大量納米級(jí)界面的非晶固體材料,其特點(diǎn)是通過控制引入界面的密度以及界面自由體積的擴(kuò)散程度,材料整體的原子結(jié)構(gòu)和密度(以及所有與原子結(jié)構(gòu)和密度相關(guān)的性能)可以得到有效的調(diào)控。Nanoglass的研究為打開了固體材料原子結(jié)構(gòu)和性能調(diào)控的大門提供了一把鑰匙。
        自我介紹:
        馮濤教授長(zhǎng)期從事納米材料領(lǐng)域的研究,研究工作主要可分為兩部分:2010年前主要從事納米碳材料及其場(chǎng)致電子發(fā)射的研究,2010年作為洪堡學(xué)者赴德以后主要從事納米玻璃材料的研究。在國(guó)內(nèi)最早開展了采用印刷法制備碳納米管場(chǎng)發(fā)射平板顯示器(CNT-FED)的研究工作,并提出了采用等離子體表面處理技術(shù)提高CNT發(fā)射性能的方法,為大面積、低成本地制備CNT陰極打下了基礎(chǔ)。在國(guó)內(nèi)最早采用全印刷工藝實(shí)現(xiàn)了三極管結(jié)構(gòu)器件的制備,使真正低成本制備CNT-FED器件成為可能。2008年其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究小組成功開發(fā)了可動(dòng)態(tài)顯示的40英寸CNT-FED顯示屏,目前仍是國(guó)內(nèi)報(bào)導(dǎo)的最大尺寸的FED顯示屏。2007年獲上海市青年科技啟明星稱號(hào);2008年獲上海市創(chuàng)新人才稱號(hào);2010年獲上海市科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)(排名第五);同年獲“洪堡學(xué)者”稱號(hào)。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人完成了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“離子束輔助沉積Pt/C混合膜的制備及抑制柵電子發(fā)射機(jī)理研究”,上??莆{米專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目“可驅(qū)動(dòng)納米碳顯示器的研制”,“高效節(jié)能冷光源及大屏幕顯示模塊的研制及產(chǎn)業(yè)化”,“新型低成本CIGS薄膜太陽能電池研究”,上海市科技啟明星項(xiàng)目“超大屏幕用納米碳管顯示模塊的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”,和上海市人才發(fā)展基金項(xiàng)目“40英寸納米碳管顯示屏開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”。已在Appl. Phys. Lett.,Nanotechnology 等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊和學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文50余篇;在顯示領(lǐng)域國(guó)際頂尖會(huì)議Asia Display上連續(xù)兩年(07,08)做大會(huì)邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告(唯一一位連續(xù)兩年做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告的來自中國(guó)大陸的學(xué)者);同時(shí)申請(qǐng)了發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng),獲得專利授權(quán)2項(xiàng)。近期發(fā)表的論文有:
