已取得的主要研究成果:
(1)仿生制備了細胞膜導電高分子,在此基礎上首創(chuàng)了神經(jīng)細胞識別有機導電高分子,使制備長期植入神經(jīng)假體和人機界面神經(jīng)電極成為了可能;
(2)在運用導電高分子電刺激神經(jīng)方面也取得突破,顯著地提高了神經(jīng)組織再生速度,軸突生長增強高達125%,優(yōu)于Langer組的方法,結(jié)果已被Nature Communications接發(fā)表。
(3)首創(chuàng)可非損傷移除生物電極材料概念,并研制耦合電響應性導電高分子,基于該技術(shù)本工作將進一步實現(xiàn)與神經(jīng)細胞靶向作用的電響應性對解決人工耳等神經(jīng)假體修正和再植入對神經(jīng)組織的二次損傷等技術(shù)難題的解決具有重大意義。
(4)在異性材料(如超親水和超斥水)的電化學共聚和納米尺度的逐層組裝、全有機導電材料細胞模板、電刺激控制細胞定向分化及蛋白分泌等方面也做出了原創(chuàng)性的貢獻。
(5)在高分子物理方面原創(chuàng)成果:發(fā)現(xiàn)海藻糖可替代水,以氫鍵網(wǎng)絡完美穩(wěn)定DNA的三維結(jié)構(gòu),并顯著提高其熱穩(wěn)定性,為開發(fā)常溫有核細胞保存技術(shù)指明了新方向;發(fā)現(xiàn)強作用相容高分子結(jié)晶引發(fā)的非晶組分納米尺度的相遷移,為制備功能梯度材料提供了一個新思路;與合作者首次實現(xiàn)低熔點高分子在高熔點組分片晶之間的納米受限結(jié)晶,為研究聚合物結(jié)晶成核理論提供了一個理想模型;首次實現(xiàn)了相容高分子在外驅(qū)動場作用下可控相分離并制備大面積功能納米模板;首次闡明了高分子酶降解與鏈構(gòu)象和運動性的關系,為生物降解行為的調(diào)控提供了全新方法。
迄今為止已在Nature Communications, Progress in Polymer Science,Advanced Materials,ACS Nano,Advanced Functional Materials,Macromolecules等國際學術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文66篇,其中SCI收錄論文為62篇,影響因子超過5的為33篇,最高影響因子為26.4。論文總引用次數(shù)為1716次,單篇引用次數(shù)最高為267,H-index為23。在國際國內(nèi)學術(shù)會議上發(fā)表38篇會議論文,做口頭報告24次,主題和邀請報告6次。
